Are you stuck and frustrated with Spotify on iOS because there’s no free version for full features, ads keep interrupting your music, downloads for offline listening are limited, you can’t play specific songs on-demand in the free plan, audio quality is low, skips per hour are restricted, some playlists or content aren’t accessible, regional restrictions block certain songs, background play doesn’t work on some devices, offline mode is unavailable without premium, playlist customization is limited, sharing songs across devices is difficult, frequent prompts push you to upgrade to premium, exclusive content is inaccessible, occasional app crashes or bugs occur, cross-device syncing is limited, and you can’t use Spotify on multiple devices simultaneously without premium? Well, you’re in luck! On iOS, here’s the latest, step-by-step guide to install and download Spotify++ IPA, giving you an ad-free experience with premium unlocked features.
Spotify APK IOS vs Spotify Basic: Unlocking Premium Features Without Limits
If you are tired of the simple limitations and drawbacks of Spotify Basic, and you are frustrated with things like ads interrupting your music experience, being restricted to shuffle songs on mobile, having limited skips, or not being able to download songs for offline listening, then this is for you. Maybe you’ve also noticed low audio quality, no background playback on some devices, limited playlist customization, or no access to Premium-only content. All these restrictions can make enjoying your favorite music a real hassle.
This is where Spotify APK IOS comes in and completely changes the game. With Spotify++, you get ad-free listening, unlimited skips, offline downloads, and the freedom to select any song on-demand. Enjoy high-quality audio streaming, background playback, and access to Spotify Premium features without a subscription. You can even use it without logging in and customize the user interface to your liking. Spotify++ enhances playlist management, removes all restrictions on song selection, allows you to play any song at any time, and gives you access to exclusive content. Plus, you can freely create and manage playlists, enjoy enhanced audio quality settings, and use all features typically reserved for Premium users—all without needing a Spotify account.
In comparison, Spotify Basic offers ad-supported streaming, limited skips per hour, shuffle-only playback on mobile, and standard audio quality. Offline listening comes with limitations, and while you can create and share playlists and access podcasts, you cannot enjoy Premium-only content, background playback on mobile devices, high-quality audio settings, or significant customization. Essentially, Spotify Basic gives you access only to standard features, and you remain bound by multiple restrictions that Spotify++ removes entirely.

Spotify Download for iPhone 6s/7 (iOS 15+) | Requires iOS 16.1+
How you can download the Spotify app on devices running iOS 15. If you have bought a second-hand iPhone or are trying to download the Spotify app on your iPhone, you might face a problem. When you tap “Get,” you may see an issue: “This application requires iOS 16.1 or later.” I will explain how to fix this problem.

How to Install Spotify on Your Old iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad
Hello guys, how you doing? This is your friend Alex and today I’m going to show you how to install Spotify on an iPod 6th gen. If you go to software update, you know that it’s going to be on iOS 12.5.2. It’s never going to go to iOS 13 or up; it’s always going to stay on iOS 12.
You can sign in with a different Apple ID on the App Store and on iCloud. If you sign in first on iCloud, then automatically that Apple ID that you use to sign in to iCloud is going to be signed in to the App Store. I’m going to sign in to iCloud, go to settings, click on the Apple ID, and I’m going to sign in with this Apple ID: AmigoAlex5@gmail.com. This is my iCloud account.
If I go to iTunes and App Store, you can see that I’m signing in with the same Apple ID as my iCloud. I sign in to the App Store.
Opening the App Store and Downloading Spotify
Now let’s do this. Open the App Store. Click here and go to Purchase. Here you can see all the apps that I downloaded with this Apple ID. There are only five apps and they are not here on this iPod. If you see here, Spotify, just click on the cloud and you’re going to be able to download the last compatible version for this iPod.
Since I don’t have it here, I’m going to have to go to the App Store and look for it. Right, Spotify. I’m going to click Get, then Install, remember account. It’s asking me to log in to my account again, and that’s it. I’m happy because it looks like I’m going to be able to download it.
However, this application requires iOS 15 or later. You must update to iOS 15 in order to download and use this application. So, it looks like I cannot install Spotify on this iPod 6th gen.
iPod 6th Gen iOS Limitations
Then you think, okay, so I just have to go to Settings, then General → Software Update, and I’m going to get iOS 15. Well, the sad reality is that this iPod gen is never going to get iOS 15. It’s always going to stay at iOS 12.
A lot of people will say, “I cannot use this iPod, it’s garbage,” but they are wrong. You can still use this iPod 6th gen. The only thing you need to do is, with the same Apple ID that you use here (in this case AmigoAlex5), log into a device with iOS 15 or newer.
Using Another iPhone to Download Spotify
In this case, I have an iPhone 7. But the iPhone 6s from 2015 also has iOS 15.8.2. So, if you have an iPhone 6s from 2015, you can just log in with the same Apple ID that you are using here on the iPod, log into your Apple 6s, then go to the App Store, download Spotify, sign out, and then come back here.
If you go to the App Store, click the icon, then Purchase, you will see Spotify right here. Why? Because I already downloaded it on the iPhone 6s. In this case, I have an iPhone 7, which also goes up to iOS 15.8.2, so I can do it with the iPhone 6s, iPhone 7, and later.
What you have to do is sign in here with this Apple ID AmigoAlex5, download Spotify, then log out and go back to this iPod.
Alternative Apple ID Method Download spotify iOS
A lot of people are telling me that they don’t have an iPhone 6s. The iPhone 6s is from 2015, guys. If you don’t have an iPhone 6s or later, I’m sure you have a friend or family member that can help.
In this case, I’m not going to use this Apple ID. I’m just going to use another Apple ID. You need to go to the App Store, click on your profile, go to Apps, and here click All. These are all the apps that I downloaded with AmigoAlex2. Do I have Spotify? Yes, I have Spotify. I already downloaded Spotify on this iPhone that has a higher iOS. This app is tied to my Apple ID.
The only thing I have to do is log in with this Apple ID, log into this iPod. So this is the thing. This is my iCloud, I will keep my iCloud AmigoAlex5, and on iTunes and App Store, I’m going to sign out, then use the other Apple ID (AmigoAlex2) which I have on the higher iOS. I put the password. Apple sends a text to this iPhone to confirm signing in on another device. Allow. This is the code: 609757.
Now on iTunes and App Store, I am signing in with AmigoAlex2. If I go to the App Store, click Purchase, I have more apps because this is another Apple ID. One of the apps is Spotify. Click Download. Whenever you see the cloud, that means you already downloaded it before.
Downloading the Last Compatible Version
Here is the important part: Download an older version of this app. The current version requires iOS 15 or later, but you can download the last compatible version. This is the key. Click Download.
Here it is. Click Open. Allowed. That’s how you download Spotify on your old iPod 6.
Let’s play a song. Okay, that’s it. It works perfectly. Anybody who tells you Spotify doesn’t work on the iPod 6th gen is lying. You can still download it with this trick: iCloud AmigoAlex5@gmail.com, App Store AmigoAlex2@gmail.com.
With AmigoAlex2, I can download a lot of apps because I already signed in on a device with a higher iOS. With AmigoAlex5, I cannot download a lot of apps because the latest iOS I signed in with is iOS 12, so I can only download stuff compatible with iOS 12.
The second solution is using AmigoAlex5 on an iPhone 6s or newer. Sign in there or on the App Store, download the app you need, sign out, then go back to the iPod.
Click Purchase in the Apple Store. Some apps don’t have a compatible version on this iPod. For example, Max requires iOS 14 or later, so it won’t work.
That’s it, guys. I just showed you how to download the last compatible version of Spotify on an iPod 6th gen.
Download Using Cydia Impactor
Now that you have Cydia Impactor open and your phone is plugged in, if it doesn’t show up, disconnect your device and plug it back in. If anything else is selected, like this, scroll all the way to install Super SU AKA R my Android. It’s the first one. Again, select your device.
Finally, drag the Spotify IPA from your desktop into here. It’ll ask for your Apple ID username. I’m going to blur this out, but basically, it’s just using your Apple ID to verify the app. If it’s not verified, like you know, you have to trust apps when you install them from Safari. This is basically the same thing: you’re trusting your own Apple ID. Type it in. This does not do anything with your Apple ID except verify the app on your iPhone.
Since this is my brother’s iPhone, I’m going to use his Apple ID, which I know. Just type the email and password. This is only sent to Apple to verify the app. They do not know that you’re not using Xcode or anything.
Click OK, and that’s it. Now it’s just going to do whatever it needs to do, blah blah blah, installing the app and signing it with your Apple ID so it’s verified and you can open it.
Final Steps
Okay guys, we are done. If you go on the phone, we have Spotify. I deleted BBW because I don’t know if my brother did, so there’s no way of me showing you. Air does not install on iOS 10, and if you guys don’t know, this is an iPhone 5 on iOS 10.2. Spotify is here now.
If you try opening it, it’ll say “Untrusted Developer,” which is normal. Go to Settings → General → Device Management. You should see the developer app, click it, it should show your Apple ID and Spotify. Just click Trust, and you’re good to go.
How to Download Spotify Music on iOS 14
I’m going to show you how to download music from Spotify. So let’s open up our Spotify app and get started.
Searching for Music to Download
In order to download music from Spotify, first of all, let’s just look for anything. So let’s go into search and look for “Dance Monkey,” for example. Open that up. Obviously, I’m not gonna play it, and what I have to do in order to download this is, you’re gonna see on the right-hand side these three lines in the bottom right-hand side. Just tap on those. From there, you’re gonna see three dots on the top right-hand side—just tap on those and then you’re gonna get this list. We can just add this—that’s a third option. Let’s just add it. Our third option is being added, so right now it’s downloading.
Downloading Multiple Songs at Once
Let’s say you guys want to download a bunch of songs at the same time, not just one at a time. Let’s just get out of this; that’s downloading really fast, by the way. We’re just gonna go back to Home. Let’s go into “Swing Dance Party,” for example. Let’s say we want to download all of this. On the top left-hand side, you guys will see the heart; beside the heart, there’s that arrow pointing down. That means download. We’re gonna tap right there, and here we go—it’s downloading. Now we can actually listen to all of this offline.
If you change your mind and want to remove it, just tap on that arrow again, and it’s going to say “Remove from Downloads.” We can go ahead and remove it. Right now, I’m gonna click on cancel because I want to show you that this does, in fact, work.
Playback and Offline Mode
Go back to Home, and at the top right-hand side corner, you are gonna see a gear icon. Tap on that gear icon. From here, you guys can see your profile and so on. Let’s go into the third option where it says “Playback.” Check that out. The first option will say “Offline.” At this point, I’m assuming all the songs should have downloaded. I’m gonna go ahead and turn this on.
At this point, if I want to play anything, it’s not gonna because it has to be downloaded first. Let me just go back into Home and test that out. Let’s say I want to play this while offline. Since it has not been downloaded, I can’t access it. However, the songs that I did download will play without any issue. I can play any of these songs since they have been downloaded already.
Managing Downloads and Storage
If you want to download more songs, you do have to go online. Turn on your Wi-Fi or data, then go back into the gear icon, Playback, and switch back online to download additional music. Scroll down to “Storage” (fourth last option). Here you can see your cached data. It’s good to delete cache sometimes if you’re running out of space.
For “Music Quality,” you can adjust streaming to automatic, but this post is about downloading. Scroll down to “Download” options—you can download at “High,” “Very High,” and even use cellular data to download music without Wi-Fi. This allows you to download any music using your data plan. Choosing “Really Really High” gives the best sound quality, while “Normal” is recommended for most users. “Low” is okay if you want to save data.
Confirming Downloads
Back in your playlist, for example, “Salsa,” tap the arrow at the top left-hand side to download everything. You will see a spinning circle indicating that songs are downloading. Once a song is downloaded, the arrow will turn green. This automatically downloads all songs in the playlist, and you can check that the downloads are working properly.

I will guide you through how to download Spotify on your Mac. If you find this guide useful, then please consider subscribing and liking the video. It’s important to note that you can’t get Spotify from the App Store. We need to go and use a web browser to get it.
Step 1: Open a Web Browser
In this case, I’m going to open up Safari and search for Spotify. All you want to do is go to Spotify’s website.
Step 2: Locate the Download Button
Once there, at the top right, you’ll see a Download button. Click there, and as you can see, it says Download Spotify. All you need to do is click on Download, and it should automatically detect that you’re using a Mac. You’ll need to allow downloads, which I’ll do, and now the download should begin. It shouldn’t take long at all.
Step 3: Open the Downloaded File
When I click on my downloads in the bottom right, I can then see it there, or alternatively, you can open up Finder and go to your Downloads folder. I’ll click on it here, and it’ll open. Then I’ll press Open, and it’s going to do another download. Just wait, and after it finishes downloading, it should automatically install and open up. As you can see here, it is now in my Dock.
Step 4: Log In
All you need to do is press Login. Your browser will open, and you can sign in. Spotify will then log you into your account. It’s that simple. If you found this useful, leave a like.
Step 5: Compatibility
Here’s how to download and install the Spotify application on your Mac. Whether you are using a MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, or iMac, the steps are the same. Now, if you’re thinking that downloading Spotify is easy because you can search for it in the App Store, you are wrong. Spotify is not available on the App Store, so you cannot download it from there.
Step 6: Alternative Way to Download
If you still want to download it, you can use any browser. Go on Google and search for Spotify. Then go to the Spotify website. Once on the homepage, scroll down and select the Support option. On the support page, you will find the Install App option. Select this, and finally, you will be on the download page.
Alternatively, instead of searching Spotify manually, you can directly search for Spotify for Mac. This will give you a direct link for Mac download. Select Mac Download, and you are on the download page. Simply select Download, allow any permission if asked, and the download will start. Once the download is complete, you can either open the file from here or go to Finder, click on Downloads, and you will see the file. Double-click on the installation file, and it will ask for some permissions, like “Install Spotify is an app downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it?” Click Open, and the installation will begin.
You can see the installation is in process. If you check your Launchpad, you’ll notice Spotify is not installed yet. Once the installation is complete, it will automatically open Spotify. Then, you can complete the login process. If you are using the application for the first time, you can sign up for free and start using Spotify immediately.
Step 7: Summary
So, if you don’t find the Spotify application on the App Store, you can just go on Safari and download Spotify from the internet and install it. If you find this video informative, don’t forget to subscribe. I will see you all in the next one. Thank you.
Here’s how to download Spotify on your Mac to listen to music. First, hit the Subscribe button. It really helps me out. Thanks, guys. Open a web browser. Remember, you cannot download Spotify from the App Store. You need a browser. Safari, Google, Chrome – type in Spotify. Go to spotify.com. From here, you can log in and start listening on the web or tap Download at the top right.
Click Download Spotify, and it will automatically recognize your Mac and download the Mac version. Click Allow, and it will pop up on your desktop. Depending on your preferences, you may need to go to Finder, then Downloads, and you’ll see it there. Double-click to install Spotify and hit Open. You might need to enter your password or give permissions to install. It will go through the process of installing and then automatically open Spotify.
If you have used it before, it may recognize your account. Otherwise, click on your profile at the top right and log in. To keep Spotify in your Dock, right-click the icon, go to Options, and select Keep in Dock. Now, you can open Spotify anytime.
Impressive Characteristics of Spotify++
Spotify++ is an upgraded version of the popular Spotify app that gives you extra features and a better music experience. It has many impressive characteristics that make it stand out from the regular version.
Huge Music Library
Spotify gives you access to one of the biggest music collections in the world. No matter what kind of music you like—pop, rock, classical, jazz, or even local songs—you can find it all in one place. From the latest international hits to old classics, Spotify keeps everything at your fingertips. You don’t have to keep switching apps or searching online; with Spotify, you can enjoy songs from almost every artist and every language in the world. This makes it perfect for people who love exploring new genres or just want to listen to their favorite tracks anytime.
Smart Recommendations:
Spotify doesn’t just let you play music, it also helps you discover new songs you’ll actually enjoy. The app studies your listening habits—like which songs you play the most, what artists you follow, and what genres you love. Based on this, it gives you personalized suggestions through playlists, daily mixes, and recommended albums. This way, you don’t have to spend hours looking for something new to listen to; Spotify does the work for you and makes sure you always have fresh tracks that match your mood and taste.
Easy-to-Use Platform:
One of the best things about Spotify is that it’s designed in a very simple way, so anyone can use it without facing problems. You don’t need to be a tech expert to search, play, or manage your favorite music. The app has a clean design with clear menus, so you can easily explore songs, albums, and playlists. Even if it’s your first time using Spotify, you will quickly learn how to create your own playlists, add songs, or share music with friends. The search bar makes it easy to type the name of a song, artist, or even lyrics if you don’t remember the title. Everything is well-organized, so you spend less time figuring out the app and more time enjoying your favorite tracks. This makes Spotify suitable for everyone, from beginners who just want to press play to music lovers who like to explore and organize their library in detail.
Enhanced Audio Quality:
Spotify doesn’t just focus on having a large collection of music; it also makes sure the music you hear sounds amazing. The audio quality is much better compared to the basic or regular versions. You can enjoy high-definition sound that is clear, crisp, and rich in detail. Whether you are listening with earphones, headphones, or big speakers, the improved audio makes every beat, instrument, and vocal sound better. For people who love music, this higher sound quality feels like listening to a live performance instead of just a normal recording. It is especially useful if you are someone who notices sound details, like deep bass in hip-hop songs or smooth tones in classical music. With Spotify, your listening experience becomes more enjoyable, professional, and satisfying.
Offline Listening without Restrictions:
Another big advantage of Spotify is the offline listening option. Normally, many music apps require the internet all the time, but with Spotify, you can download your favorite songs and listen to them even when you don’t have a connection. This is very helpful when you are traveling, in areas with weak signals, or trying to save mobile data. What makes it even better is that there are no strict limits—you can download as many songs, albums, or playlists as you want and keep them ready on your device. That means your favorite music is always with you, whether you are on a bus, in an airplane, or somewhere without Wi-Fi. You don’t have to worry about interruptions or buffering, and you can enjoy nonstop music anytime, anywhere.

Spotify App Not Opening / Randomly Crashing on M1 Mac (macOS Monterey)
Many users complain that the Spotify desktop app is not working on Macs with the M1 chip. It may crash randomly, not open, work very slowly, and so on. In this blog post, we will show you how you can fix the Spotify app not working on M1 Mac Mini.
Check Your Internet Connection
If your Spotify app has gone black, make sure you have a proper internet connection. If you don’t have internet, it can cause the issue. You can also refresh your network by turning it off and then turning it back on.
Keep Your Mac Up to Date
Make sure your Mac is up to date. If it has some pending updates, it might cause various software malfunctions on the Mac itself. If these are not causing the problem, check out the next steps.
Force Quit Spotify
If your Spotify app freezes or gets stuck at times, you can force quit the app. Press Command + Option + Escape together, and you will get a pop-up box. Select the Spotify app, click Force Quit, and then click Force Quit again. Now open it again, and it should fix the issue.
Clear App Cache
If your Spotify app is randomly crashing, it can be due to too much app cache on your Mac. You need to clear it. Open Finder, click on Go in the top menu, then click Go to Folder. Type ~/Library/Caches in the box. Click Go. Select all the files in the folder and move them to Trash. Now empty the Trash, and your problem will be fixed. You can restart your Mac, and it will fix the Spotify app crash problem.
Use Spotify from Browser

How to Fix “Spotify Can’t Play this Right Now” (2025)
If you’re having an issue on Spotify that says “Spotify can’t play this right now” when you try to play a song, it might also say “if you have the file on your computer you can import it”, and you just get an error like that when you try to play the song. I’m going to help you solve it now. There are three different solutions we can try here, the last being the most likely to work but also the most drastic. If you want to skip that, just skip ahead and try to find it.
Solution 1: Disable Hardware Acceleration
The first solution is to disable your hardware acceleration. This is extremely easy. Go up to the three dots on the top left, go to View, and click Hardware Acceleration. You’re going to want to hit OK when this pops up. I’m not going to do it because I don’t have an issue right now, but you’re going to do that. Then restart Spotify and see if the problem goes away. If it doesn’t, we move on to the next solution.
Solution 2: Change Speaker Output
The next solution is a bit strange and involves changing your speaker output on your computer. On Windows, hit the Windows key and go to Manage Output Devices (it used to be called Manage Audio Devices). You can pick a different output device. I know it sounds weird, and right now it’s not giving me the option to do that, but that’s what you would do. After switching, try playing the song again.
Solution 3: Delete a Local File from Spotify (Most Drastic)
If neither of the above solutions work, we have to take the most drastic step, which is deleting a local file from your Spotify app. Hit the Windows key and type %appdata% to get to the folder. You can also find it on your computer through This PC, which is easier. Then go to the Spotify folder, open the Users folder, go to your username, and double-click. Find the file called local-files.bnk and delete it. I’m not going to do it because I don’t have a problem, but this is your last step and is most likely to solve the issue for you.
This is the Microsoft Store. Here, type whichever application you want, that is Spotify in our case. Press enter. On pressing enter, on the top itself the official will be visible, that is official Spotify app.
